Is it healthy to drink coffee?
There is little better than the smell of coffee when you awake to start another day! But there are so many studies out there on whether it is good or harmful for your body. Coffee contains no calories, no fat, and barely any carbohydrates. It is also a source of antioxidants for your body!
Generally, people drink coffee because it helps fight off drowsiness and promotes a more alert mental state. This is definitely one of the more temporary benefits that is a result of drinking coffee, but you might be surprised at the other types of health benefits it can also bring about.
